Hesabını ve verilerini sil

Nomly hesabını istediğin zaman silebilirsin. Silme işlemi kalıcıdır ve geri alınamaz. Uygulamayı telefonundan kaldırmak hesabını silmez.

Uygulamadan sil (en hızlısı)

1. Nomly'yi aç ve hesabına giriş yap.
2. Bugün sekmesinde sağ üstteki profil simgesine dokun.
3. Sayfanın en altındaki Hesabımı sil satırına dokun.
4. “Hesabın kalıcı olarak silinsin mi?” sorusunu Sil ile onayla.

Hesabın ve tüm verilerin hemen silinir, oturumun kapatılır.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsan

Uygulamayı yükleyemiyor ya da giriş yapamıyorsan, hesabına kayıtlı e-posta adresinden bize yaz. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için ek bilgi isteyebiliriz. Talebini en geç 30 gün içinde (genellikle birkaç iş günü içinde) sonuçlandırır ve sana e-postayla bildiririz.

Silme talebi gönder

Apple ile giriş yaparken “E-postamı gizle” seçeneğini kullandıysan, hesabın Apple'ın yönlendirme adresine (…@privaterelay.appleid.com) kayıtlıdır. Bu adresi iPhone'da Ayarlar → adın → Apple ile Giriş Yap → Nomly bölümünde görebilirsin.

Neler silinir?

• Hesap bilgilerin: e-posta adresin ve Apple ya da Google giriş kimliklerin
• Profilin: adın, doğum yılın, boyun, kilon, hedeflerin, diyetin, alerjilerin ve mutfak aletlerin
• Mutfağındaki ürünler ve alışveriş listen
• Tariflerin, favorilerin ve yemek planların
• Öğün kayıtların ve israf istatistiklerin
• Yapay zeka istek kayıtların
• Ortak mutfak üyeliğin

Fotoğrafların zaten hiçbir zaman saklanmaz.

Neler, ne kadar süre kalabilir?

• Yedekler: yedeklerdeki kopyalar en geç 30 gün içinde yedekleme döngüsüyle silinir.
• Destek yazışmaları: bize gönderdiğin e-postalar, talebin sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 1 yıl saklanır.
• Ortak mutfak: evi sen oluşturduysan ev tüm üyeler için kapanır. Diğer üyelerin kendi eklediği ürünler onların hesabında kalır. Başka birinin evine üyeysen yalnızca senin üyeliğin ve senin eklediğin ürünler silinir.
• Cihazındaki ayarlar: tarif filtreleri ve sesli pişirme tercihleri gibi yerel ayarlar, uygulamayı telefonundan kaldırdığında silinir.
• Yasal zorunluluklar: kanunen saklamamız gereken bir veri olursa yalnızca o süre boyunca tutulur.

Apple ile giriş yaptıysan

Hesabını sildikten sonra Nomly'nin Apple ID'n ile bağlantısını da kaldırabilirsin: iPhone'da Ayarlar → adın → Apple ile Giriş Yap → Nomly → “Apple ile Giriş Yap'ı Kullanmayı Durdur”.

Delete your account and data

You can delete your Nomly account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open Nomly and sign in.
2. On the Today tab, tap the profile icon at the top right.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm “Permanently delete your account?” with Delete.

Your account and all your data are deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Can't access the app?

If you cannot install the app or sign in, email us from the address registered to your account. We may ask for extra information to confirm the account is yours. We complete requests within 30 days at the latest (usually within a few business days) and confirm by email.

Send a deletion request

If you used “Hide My Email” when signing in with Apple, your account is registered to Apple's relay address (…@privaterelay.appleid.com). You can find it on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Nomly.

What is deleted

• Your account details: email address and Apple or Google sign-in identifiers
• Your profile: name, year of birth, height, weight, targets, diet, allergies and appliances
• Your kitchen items and shopping list
• Your recipes, favourites and meal plans
• Your meal logs and waste statistics
• Your AI request logs
• Your shared kitchen membership

Your photos are never stored in the first place.

What may remain, and for how long

• Backups: copies in backups are erased within 30 days as backups rotate.
• Support emails: emails you sent us are kept for up to 1 year after your request is resolved.
• Shared kitchen: if you created the household, it closes for all members. Items other members added stay in their accounts. If you joined someone else's household, only your membership and the items you added are deleted.
• Settings on your device: local settings such as recipe filters and cooking preferences are removed when you uninstall the app.
• Legal obligations: if the law requires us to keep any data, we keep it only for that period.

If you signed in with Apple

After deleting your account you can also disconnect Nomly from your Apple ID: on your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Nomly → Stop Using Sign in with Apple.
