Verilerini yalnızca Nomly'yi çalıştırmak için kullanırız. Satmayız, reklam ya da takip için kullanmayız.
Mutfak ve tabak fotoğrafların yalnızca analiz edilir, sunucularımızda saklanmaz.
Yapay zeka özellikleri için gerekli bilgiler OpenAI'ye gönderilir. Adın ve e-posta adresin bu bilgilere eklenmez, OpenAI da bu verileri modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz.
Hesabını uygulamanın içinden istediğin an silebilirsin. Tüm verilerin kalıcı olarak silinir.

1. Biz kimiz?

Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Mahmut Can Sevin tarafından sunulan Nomly mobil uygulaması ve nomlyapp.app web sitesi (birlikte “Nomly”, “biz”) için geçerlidir. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“KVKK”) ve uygulanabildiği ölçüde AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (“GDPR”) kapsamında veri sorumlusu biziz. Bu metin, KVKK'nın 10. maddesi kapsamındaki aydınlatma metni yerine de geçer.

2. Hangi verileri işliyoruz?

Hesap bilgileri

E-posta adresin ve şifren. Şifren yalnızca geri döndürülemez biçimde şifrelenmiş (hash'lenmiş) olarak saklanır, biz göremeyiz. Apple veya Google ile giriş yaparsan bu hizmetin bize ilettiği hesap kimliği, e-posta adresin (Apple'ın gizli yönlendirme adresi olabilir) ve Apple'ın ilk girişte paylaştığı adın da işlenir.

Profil ve beslenme bilgileri

Görünen adın, uygulama dilin, cinsiyetin, doğum yılın, boyun, kilon, aktivite düzeyin, hedefin (kilo vermek, korumak ya da almak), günlük kalori ve makro hedeflerin, diyet tercihin (ör. vejetaryen, vegan, glutensiz, helal), alerjilerin, sevmediğin yiyecekler ve mutfak aletlerin. Boy, kilo, alerji ve bazı diyet bilgileri sağlık verisi (KVKK'ya göre özel nitelikli kişisel veri) sayılabilir. Bunları nasıl işlediğimizi 4. bölümde anlatıyoruz.

Mutfak ve kullanım içeriği

Mutfağına eklediğin ürünler (ad, miktar, kategori, saklama yeri, son kullanma tarihi), alışveriş listen, sana önerilen ve kaydettiğin tarifler, favorilerin, öğün kayıtların ve bunların kalori ve makro değerleri, yemek planların, ürünleri “kullandım” ya da “israf oldu” olarak işaretlemen (israf istatistikleri için) ve ortak mutfak üyeliğin.

Fotoğraflar

Buzdolabı, dondurucu, kiler, market fişi, tabak ve artık yemek fotoğrafların. Fotoğraflar cihazında küçültülür, şifreli bağlantıyla sunucumuza gönderilir, yapay zeka ile analiz edilir ve sonuç sana döner. Fotoğraflar sunucularımızda ya da veritabanımızda saklanmaz. Kamera ve galeriye yalnızca sen bir fotoğraf çekmeyi ya da seçmeyi seçtiğinde ve izin verdiğinde erişiriz. Market fişlerinde kart numarası gibi bilgiler bulunuyorsa fotoğrafı çekmeden önce bu alanları kapatmanı öneririz.

Ses ve sesli pişirme

Sesli pişirme modunda “bitti”, “tekrar” gibi komutları ve “Hey Nomly” sorularını anlamak için mikrofon kullanılır. Bu, yalnızca bu modu açtığında ve izin verdiğinde olur. Konuşma tanıma, destekleyen cihazlarda cihazın kendisinde yapılır. Desteklemeyen cihazlarda işletim sisteminin konuşma tanıma hizmeti (Apple ya da Google) kullanılabilir. Ses kayıtların bize ulaşmaz ve saklanmaz. “Hey Nomly” ile sorduğun sorunun yazıya dökülmüş metni, yanıt üretmek için sunucumuza ve yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza gönderilir. Tariflerin sesli okunması tamamen cihazında gerçekleşir.

Konum

Yalnızca “yöresel mutfak” seçeneğini kullandığında ve izin verdiğinde cihazının düşük hassasiyetli konumu alınır. Bu konum, cihazının işletim sistemindeki adres çözümleme hizmetiyle (Apple ya da Google) şehir ve bölge adına çevrilir. Koordinatların sunucularımıza gönderilmez. Tarif isteğiyle birlikte yalnızca şehir ve bölge adı (ör. “Kadıköy, İstanbul”) gönderilir. Bu bilgi cihazında saklanır, sunucumuzda ayrıca kaydedilmez.

Bildirimler

Son kullanma ve zamanlayıcı hatırlatmaları cihazında yerel olarak planlanır. Bildirim göndermek için sunucumuzda cihaz kimliği ya da bildirim anahtarı tutmayız.

Teknik veriler

Yapay zeka kullanım limitlerini ve maliyetleri yönetmek için her yapay zeka isteğinin türünü, kullanılan modeli, işlenen metin miktarını (token sayısı) ve zamanını kaydederiz. Altyapı sağlayıcılarımız güvenlik ve hata ayıklama için IP adresi ve istek zamanı gibi sunucu kayıtlarını kısa bir süre tutabilir. Uygulamada reklam, analiz ya da kullanıcı takibi yapan üçüncü taraf araç (SDK) bulunmaz.

3. Verileri ne için kullanıyoruz?

Hesabını oluşturmak, oturumunu açık tutmak ve hesabını korumak.
Fotoğraflarındaki ürünleri tanıyıp mutfak envanterini oluşturmak.
Hedeflerine, diyetine, alerjilerine, mutfak aletlerine ve elindeki malzemelere uygun tarifler, yemek planları ve öğün tamamlayıcıları üretmek, kalori tahmini yapmak ve pişirirken sorularını yanıtlamak.
Alışveriş listesi, son kullanma hatırlatmaları, israf istatistikleri ve ortak mutfak özelliklerini sunmak.
Alkollü içecek tariflerini doğum yılına göre yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzerindeki kullanıcılara göstermek.
Kötüye kullanımı önlemek, kullanım limitlerini uygulamak ve hizmetin kararlı çalışmasını sağlamak.
Destek taleplerini yanıtlamak ve yasal yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek.

Verilerini, senin hakkında hukuki ya da benzeri önemli sonuçlar doğuran otomatik kararlar almak için kullanmayız. Önerilen tarifler ve hesaplanan hedefler yalnızca öneridir.

4. Hukuki sebepler

Sözleşmenin kurulması ve ifası (KVKK md. 5/2-c, GDPR md. 6/1-b): hesap, mutfak, tarif, alışveriş listesi ve diğer temel özellikler.
Meşru menfaat (KVKK md. 5/2-f, GDPR md. 6/1-f): güvenlik, kötüye kullanımın önlenmesi, kullanım limitleri ve hizmetin iyileştirilmesi.
Hukuki yükümlülük (KVKK md. 5/2-ç, GDPR md. 6/1-c): yasal saklama zorunlulukları ve yetkili mercilerin talepleri.
Açık rıza (KVKK md. 6, GDPR md. 9/2-a): sağlık verisi sayılabilecek bilgiler (boy, kilo, alerjiler, sağlıkla ilgili diyet tercihleri) ve gerektiğinde yurt dışına aktarım. Açık rızanı istediğin zaman geri alabilirsin: bu bilgileri profilinden değiştirebilir ya da hesabını silebilirsin. Rızanı geri alman, daha önce yapılan işlemeyi geçersiz kılmaz.

Kamera, mikrofon, konum ve bildirim izinleri cihazının kendi izin sistemiyle istenir. Bunları dilediğin zaman cihaz ayarlarından kapatabilirsin; ilgili özellik o zaman çalışmaz.

5. Yapay zeka ve hizmet sağlayıcılar

Nomly'yi çalıştırmak için bizim adımıza veri işleyen aşağıdaki hizmet sağlayıcılarla çalışırız. Bu sağlayıcılar verileri yalnızca hizmeti sunmak için işler.

OpenAI, API üzerinden gönderilen verileri modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz. İsteklerimizde yanıtların OpenAI tarafında saklanmamasını isteriz. OpenAI, kötüye kullanımı izlemek için verileri en fazla 30 gün tutabilir. Yapay zeka sağlayıcımızı değiştirirsek bu politikayı güncelleriz.

Yapay zeka hata yapabilir. Tarifleri, alerjenleri ve kalori değerlerini kendin de kontrol etmelisin (bkz. Kullanım Koşulları).

6. Paylaşım

Kişisel verilerini satmayız, kiralamayız, reklam ya da pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız. Verilerin yalnızca şu durumlarda paylaşılır:

Hizmeti sunmak için 5. bölümdeki hizmet sağlayıcılarla.
Ortak mutfak özelliğinde, davet koduyla katıldığın evin diğer üyeleriyle: ortak mutfaktaki ürünler, alışveriş listesi ve görünen adın.
Kanunen yetkili kurum ve mercilerin talebi olduğunda, kanunun gerektirdiği ölçüde.

7. Yurt dışına aktarım

Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın sunucuları Türkiye dışında (ör. Avrupa Birliği, Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve diğer ülkeler) bulunduğu için kişisel verilerin yurt dışına aktarılır. Bu aktarımları KVKK'nın 9. maddesinde ve GDPR'da öngörülen uygun güvencelere (standart sözleşmeler ve veri işleme sözleşmeleri) dayanarak yaparız. Bu güvencelerin bulunmadığı istisnai durumlarda aktarım açık rızana dayanır.

8. Saklama süreleri

Hesap, profil ve mutfak verileri: hesabın açık olduğu sürece.
Hesabını sildiğinde: tüm verilerin veritabanımızdan hemen ve kalıcı olarak silinir. Yedeklerdeki kopyalar en geç 30 gün içinde yedekleme döngüsüyle silinir.
Fotoğraflar: saklanmaz. Yapay zeka sağlayıcısının en fazla 30 günlük kötüye kullanım kaydı bunun dışındadır.
Yapay zeka istek kayıtları: hesabınla birlikte silinir.
Sunucu kayıtları: altyapı sağlayıcılarının güvenlik amaçlı kısa saklama süreleri boyunca.
Destek yazışmaları: talebin sonuçlandıktan sonra en fazla 1 yıl.

Kanunen daha uzun süre saklamamız gereken veriler yalnızca o süre boyunca tutulur. Hesap silmeyle ilgili ayrıntılar için Hesap Silme sayfasına bakabilirsin.

9. Güvenlik

Veriler cihazınla sunucularımız arasında şifreli bağlantıyla (TLS/HTTPS) iletilir. Veritabanımızda satır düzeyinde güvenlik kullanılır: her kullanıcı yalnızca kendi verisine ve üyesi olduğu ortak mutfağa erişebilir. Şifreler hash'lenerek saklanır, yönetici anahtarları yalnızca sunucu tarafında tutulur. Hiçbir sistem yüzde yüz güvenli olmasa da verilerini korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemleri alırız. Bir veri ihlali olursa yasal süreler içinde seni ve ilgili otoriteleri bilgilendiririz.

10. Hakların

KVKK'nın 11. maddesi ve GDPR kapsamında şu haklara sahipsin:

Kişisel verilerinin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenmek ve işlendiyse bilgi istemek,
İşleme amacını ve verilerin amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenmek,
Verilerin yurt içinde ya da yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilmek,
Eksik ya da yanlış işlenen verilerin düzeltilmesini istemek,
Verilerinin silinmesini ya da yok edilmesini istemek,
Düzeltme ve silme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini istemek,
Yalnızca otomatik sistemlerle yapılan analiz sonucu aleyhine çıkan bir sonuca itiraz etmek,
Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğradıysan zararın giderilmesini istemek,
GDPR kapsamındaysan ayrıca verilerini taşınabilir biçimde almak, işlemeyi kısıtlatmak ve işlemeye itiraz etmek.

Profil bilgilerini uygulamada kendin düzenleyebilir, hesabını uygulamanın içinden silebilirsin. Diğer talepler için kayıtlı e-posta adresinden support@nomlyapp.app adresine yaz. En geç 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz. Yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsan Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) ya da AB'de yaşıyorsan bulunduğun ülkenin veri koruma otoritesine şikâyette bulunabilirsin.

11. Çocuklar

Nomly 13 yaşından küçüklere yönelik değildir. 13 yaşından küçüklerden bilerek veri toplamayız. 18 yaşından küçüksen Nomly'yi ebeveyninin ya da yasal vasinin izniyle kullanmalısın. Alkollü içecek tarifleri yalnızca 18 yaş ve üzerindeki kullanıcılara gösterilir. 13 yaşından küçük bir çocuğun hesap açtığını fark edersen bize yaz, hesabı sileriz.

12. Web sitesi ve çerezler

nomlyapp.app çerez, analiz ya da reklam aracı kullanmaz. Seçtiğin site dili yalnızca tarayıcında (yerel depolama) tutulur. Site Cloudflare üzerinde barındırılır. Cloudflare güvenlik ve performans için IP adresi gibi teknik verileri işleyebilir.

13. Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır ve “Son güncelleme” tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikleri uygulama içinde ya da e-postayla ayrıca duyururuz.

Privacy Policy

The short version

We only use your data to run Nomly. We never sell it or use it for advertising or tracking.
Photos of your kitchen and meals are only analysed and are never stored on our servers.
Information needed for AI features is sent to OpenAI without your name or email address, and OpenAI does not use it to train its models.
You can delete your account from inside the app at any time, and all your data is permanently erased.

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to the Nomly mobile app and the nomlyapp.app website (together “Nomly”, “we”, “us”), provided by Mahmut Can Sevin. We are the data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

2. What data we process

Account information

Your email address and password. Your password is only stored in irreversibly hashed form and we cannot see it. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we also process the account identifier and email address that service provides (with Apple this may be a private relay address) and the name Apple shares on your first sign-in.

Profile and nutrition information

Your display name, app language, sex, year of birth, height, weight, activity level, goal (lose, maintain or gain weight), daily calorie and macro targets, diet (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal), allergies, disliked foods and kitchen appliances. Height, weight, allergies and some diets may count as health data (special category data). Section 4 explains how we handle it.

Kitchen and usage content

The items you add to your kitchen (name, quantity, category, storage place, expiry date), your shopping list, recipes suggested to and saved by you, favourites, meal logs with their calories and macros, meal plans, items you mark as “used” or “wasted” (for waste statistics) and your shared kitchen membership.

Photos

Photos of your fridge, freezer, pantry, grocery receipts, plates and leftovers. Photos are downsized on your device, sent to our server over an encrypted connection, analysed by AI, and the result is returned to you. Photos are not stored on our servers or in our database. We only access your camera or photo library when you choose to take or pick a photo and grant permission. If a receipt shows details such as a card number, we recommend covering them before taking the photo.

Voice and hands-free cooking

In hands-free cooking mode the microphone is used to understand commands such as “done” or “repeat” and your “Hey Nomly” questions, only when you turn this mode on and grant permission. Speech recognition runs on your device where supported. On other devices your operating system's speech service (Apple or Google) may be used. Audio recordings never reach us and are not stored. The transcribed text of a “Hey Nomly” question is sent to our server and our AI provider to generate an answer. Reading recipes aloud happens entirely on your device.

Location

Only when you use the “local cuisine” option and grant permission, your device's approximate location is read and converted into a city and region name by your operating system's geocoding service (Apple or Google). Your coordinates are never sent to our servers. Only the city and region name (for example “Kadıköy, Istanbul”) is sent with the recipe request. It is kept on your device and is not stored separately on our servers.

Notifications

Expiry and timer reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not keep device identifiers or push tokens on our servers.

Technical data

To enforce AI usage limits and manage costs, we log the type of each AI request, the model used, the amount of text processed (token counts) and the time. Our infrastructure providers may keep server logs such as IP addresses and request times for a short period for security and debugging. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.

3. How we use it

To create your account, keep you signed in and protect your account.
To recognise the items in your photos and build your kitchen inventory.
To generate recipes, meal plans and side dishes that fit your goals, diet, allergies, appliances and ingredients, estimate calories and answer your questions while you cook.
To provide the shopping list, expiry reminders, waste statistics and shared kitchen features.
To show alcoholic drink recipes only to users aged 18 or over, based on year of birth.
To prevent abuse, enforce usage limits and keep the service stable.
To answer support requests and meet our legal obligations.

We do not use your data to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. Suggested recipes and calculated targets are suggestions only.

4. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): your account, kitchen, recipes, shopping list and other core features.
Legitimate interests (KVKK Art. 5/2-f, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): security, abuse prevention, usage limits and improving the service.
Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç, GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)): statutory retention and requests from competent authorities.
Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 6, GDPR Art. 9(2)(a)): information that may count as health data (height, weight, allergies, health-related diets) and, where needed, international transfers. You can withdraw consent at any time by changing this information in your profile or by deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Camera, microphone, location and notification permissions are requested through your device's permission system. You can turn them off at any time in your device settings; the related feature will then stop working.

5. AI and service providers

We work with the following service providers, who process data on our behalf and only to provide the service.

OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models, and we ask OpenAI not to store responses. OpenAI may retain data for up to 30 days to monitor for abuse. If we change our AI provider, we will update this policy.

AI can make mistakes. Always double-check recipes, allergens and calorie values yourself (see our Terms of Use).

6. Sharing

We never sell or rent your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Your data is only shared:

With the service providers in section 5, to provide the service.
In the shared kitchen feature, with the other members of the household you joined with an invite code: the shared kitchen items, shopping list and your display name.
When required by law, with competent authorities and only to the extent required.

7. International transfers

Our service providers' servers are located outside Turkey (for example in the European Union, the United States and other countries), so your personal data is transferred abroad. We rely on the safeguards provided by KVKK Article 9 and the GDPR (standard contracts and data processing agreements). In exceptional cases where these are not available, the transfer is based on your explicit consent.

8. Retention

Account, profile and kitchen data: for as long as your account exists.
When you delete your account: all your data is removed from our database immediately and permanently. Copies in backups are erased within 30 days as backups rotate.
Photos: not stored, apart from the AI provider's abuse-monitoring retention of up to 30 days.
AI request logs: deleted together with your account.
Server logs: for our infrastructure providers' short security retention periods.
Support correspondence: up to 1 year after your request is resolved.

Where the law requires us to keep data longer, we keep it only for that period. See Delete Account for details on deletion.

9. Security

Data is sent between your device and our servers over encrypted connections (TLS/HTTPS). Our database uses row-level security, so each user can only access their own data and the shared kitchen they belong to. Passwords are hashed and administrative keys are kept on the server side only. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the legal time limits.

10. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and the GDPR you have the right to:

know whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly,
know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
have incomplete or inaccurate data corrected,
have your data deleted or destroyed,
have corrections and deletions notified to third parties who received your data,
object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis,
claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing,
if the GDPR applies, also receive your data in a portable format, restrict processing and object to processing.

You can edit your profile in the app and delete your account from inside the app. For other requests, email support@nomlyapp.app from your registered address. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or, if you live in the EU, to your local data protection authority.

11. Children

Nomly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you are under 18, you should use Nomly with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Alcoholic drink recipes are only shown to users aged 18 or over. If you become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Website and cookies

nomlyapp.app does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tools. The site language you choose is kept only in your browser (local storage). The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical data such as IP addresses for security and performance.

13. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its “Last updated” date. We will announce significant changes in the app or by email.
